Website information and project agreements
Service descriptions and enquiries help start a conversation; they do not by themselves create a client agreement or reserve project time. Work begins under a separately agreed proposal or contract. That agreement sets the scope, fees, payment schedule, revisions, delivery, cancellation, ownership, licensing and support. If website information conflicts with your signed project agreement, that agreement governs the project.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, design, photography, video and other original material belong to Cameron Nostedt or the relevant rights holder, unless stated otherwise. You may view the site and share links. Reusing original material for commercial purposes requires permission unless applicable law permits the use. Brand names, logos and third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in a portfolio identifies relevant work or relationships; it does not imply endorsement of every Nostedt service.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with site availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use contact details to send unlawful or abusive material. Nothing here restricts rights you have under applicable law. If you discover a security issue, contact us with enough detail to investigate without accessing or disclosing other people’s information.
Portfolio results and estimates
Case studies describe particular projects and circumstances. Views, impressions, audience figures, dates and revenue estimates are different measures and should be read with their accompanying labels. An estimate is not a guaranteed outcome. Past work does not promise future sales, profit, reach, search rankings or other results. Project outcomes depend on factors including the offer, audience, budget, distribution and implementation.
Articles, AI and general information
Articles and service information are general guidance, not advice tailored to every business. Evaluate information against your circumstances before relying on it. Any AI or automation project needs its own agreed scope, data-access arrangements and testing. A description of a capability on this website does not grant access to your systems or establish terms for processing project data.
